Terms and Conditions

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to change the self pick-up date, please notify us at least 4 days in advance.
After order confirmation, we reserve the right to decline requests to change the pickup date or time.
Please collect your order on the specified date. No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.
Upon self-pickup at our studio, customers are responsible for checking the order details (e.g., dessert types and quantities, cake sizes and designs). Once desserts or cakes leave our premises, customers bear full responsibility for any damage or accidents during transportation.
Transportation Tips:
- Cakes should remain level during transit. Avoid shaking or bumping the cake.
- Drivers should place cakes in a relatively level, cool spot inside the car.

Storage Information:
- Desserts (e.g., dacquoise, madeleines, financiers, canelés, Bretonne biscuits, lemon cakes, etc.) should be stored in the freezer as soon as possible or within 3 hours upon pickup.
- If cakes are not consumed immediately upon pick-up, please store in the refrigerator as soon as possible or within 3 hours.
