Delivery Services

We offer the 2 following delivery services:

1. SF Cold Chain Delivery:

Order at least 3 days in advance.
Delivery fee is $40 for orders below $300.
Delivery fee is $20 for orders between $300 - $500.
FREE Delivery fee for orders over $500.
Please note that specific delivery times and routes cannot be designated, the schedule will be arranged by SF Delivery. The package will be delivered on the same day or the following day after dispatch.

2. On-demand Delivery Service：

Please place your order before 3pm to ensure delivery on the next day. Orders paid after 3pm will be delivered on the next day.
5% off the entire order and half the shipping fee for orders over $1500.
10% off the entire order and FREE delivery for orders over $3000.
Delivery fees range from $100 - $200 depending on location.
Delivery time: 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
Please note that due to the use of on-demand delivery service, drivers will not deliver to your door that you will need to meet them at ground level. We appreciate your understanding :)
If you require delivery to your door, you will need to communicate directly with the driver. The driver will charge an additional fee, which is not related to our company. The fee may vary at the driver's discretion.
